The Christmas Eve Party

In 1945, a man returns from WW2 to the Union Station in Chicago. He is welcomed by an older man to join him for his family’s annual Christmas Eve Party. On their way, the see another man opening a furniture and appliance shop down the road from their home. 

In 1955, the soldier and the daughter of the man who welcomed him in adopt their first child together.  

In 1965, we followed the family dynamic and changes from the previous decade.
