I Must Adjust

When I don’t get what I want, I must adjust

When things don’t go as planned, I must adjust

When the unknown enters my life, I must adjust

When change happens suddenly, I must adjust

When people demand my attention, I must adjust

When weather screws my day, I must adjust

When ideas get twisted, I must adjust

When life throws curveballs, I must adjust

When the game reaches extra innings, I must adjust

When food doesn’t sit well, I must adjust

When busses are delayed, I must adjust

When there is no accommodation, I must adjust

When water is limited, I must adjust

When no one helps, I must adjust

When I feel the need to adjust…

                                                    I must simply adjust!
